Yes — up to 1 kg per SKU, couriered at your cost, and credited against a first order of one pallet or more. Typically 5–7 business days from a complete address and any import permit your country requires.

Irrevocable letter of credit at sight against documents, or T/T — a deposit on order with the balance against copy documents. Terms are set per deal and confirmed in the sales contract before production is booked.

No, and we would rather tell you than have you find out. CPN is a California export house and brand; product is sourced, processed and packed at licensed California handler and co-packer facilities. That is also why we can quote across varieties, sizes and processors instead of selling you whatever one plant happens to have.

CPN holds no facility certification of its own. Certifications are available via our packing partners — FDA-registered facility, SQF/BRC, halal and kosher on request — and documentation is provided per shipment, issued by the facility that packed your lot.

Yes. Private label from one pallet per SKU, with bilingual labels available and the nutrition panel built to your market's format. Typically 3–5 weeks from approved artwork, plus 2–4 weeks if the artwork is new.

Almond size is stated as a count range per ounce: 18/20, 20/22, 23/25, 25/27, 27/30. A lower number is a bigger kernel — 18/20 means roughly 18 to 20 kernels weigh an ounce. 23/25 is the workhorse export size and fits almost every retail and processing application; 18/20 and 20/22 carry a premium and are bought for display and gifting; 27/30 goes to slicing, dicing and ingredient use. We supply all five, in Nonpareil, Carmel and Independence types.

US Select Sheller Run — the most widely traded export grade, defined by USDA tolerances for serious damage, insect damage, chipped and scratched kernels, doubles, splits and foreign material. Our working spec is typically serious damage ≤ 3.0%, insect damage ≤ 1.0% and foreign material ≤ 0.05%, with the actual tolerances on that lot's inspection certificate. Fancy and Extra No. 1 grades are quoted on request.

Yours, not ours. Limits differ by destination market and by product form — ready-to-eat versus to-be-sorted or further-processed — and the EU's are among the tightest in the world. We confirm in writing which limit applies to your market and your product form before the lot is booked, the lot is tested to it, and the result is on the certificate of analysis that travels with the shipment. Lots that do not meet it are not shipped to you.

Commercial invoice and packing list, certificate of analysis including aflatoxin, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, bill of lading and an ISPM-15 pallet declaration as standard. On request, and depending on what your market and your importer require: halal certificate from the packing facility, health or free-sale certificate, fumigation certificate, and insurance certificate under CIF. Product and label registration in the destination is carried out by the importer of record; we supply the documentation set they file with.

Nut cargo is weight-limited, not volume-limited. Palletised almond kernels run roughly 20,000 lb (9.1 MT) in a 20' and 40,000 lb (18.1 MT) in a 40'; floor-loaded, a 20' takes up to about 42,000 lb. In-shell pistachios and walnut halves are lighter and bulkier — expect 12,000–16,000 lb palletised in a 20'. Exact figures go on the quote against the specific pack and pallet configuration.

Roasted, salted and flavored retail packs classify under 2008.19, which usually carries a higher destination duty than the raw equivalent — worth confirming with your customs broker before you budget the landed cost.
