How fast do you ship?
1–2 business days from Cerritos, California. USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 days) or UPS 2nd Day Air. Tracking by email the moment it leaves.
Is shipping free?
Free on orders $44 and up, and always free for Nut Club members. Otherwise $6.95 flat. US only for now.
Holiday deadlines?
Holiday boxes start shipping December 1. Order by December 15 for guaranteed Christmas delivery with standard shipping; December 19 with UPS 2nd Day.
What if it arrives stale, squished or wrong?
Email info@californiapremiumnuts.com with your order number. We replace or refund, same day, no photos or return shipping needed.
Allergens?
Everything we sell is nuts, and everything is packed in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts. Chili Lime Fiesta contains peanuts. Midnight Snack contains milk (dark chocolate may contain traces). Everything Bagel contains sesame. Nothing contains gluten or palm oil.
Where do the nuts come from?
Almonds, pistachios, walnuts and pecans are grown in California's Central Valley. Cashews don't grow in California — ours are roasted and seasoned here in small batches.
How long do they keep?
6 months sealed, 3–4 weeks after opening (they won't last that long). Keep the pouch zipped and out of the sun.
How do I reach a human?
