What procurement asks.
Is there a minimum?
Corporate pricing starts at 25 boxes. Fewer than that? Order boxes at $34.99 each in the box builder — the handwritten card is still in there; the logo sleeve isn't.
Can you send a W-9 or fill out our vendor forms?
Yes. Email info@californiapremiumnuts.com with your vendor packet and we'll send the W-9 back with it.
How does the $250 deposit work?
It reserves a December production week and is credited to your final invoice. It's refundable until Nov 15 for December slots; after that it's credited toward a future order.
We're shipping to lots of addresses. What do you need?
One spreadsheet: each recipient's name, shipping address and an optional card message. It's $6.95 per address anywhere in the US, and every box gets its own tracking.
Can we try a sample box first?
Yes. After your estimate we mail a sample box and send a proof of your logo sleeve, usually within a week. Approve (or tweak) before anything prints.
What about allergies?
Every box contains tree nuts and is packed in a facility that handles tree nuts and peanuts. Chili Lime Fiesta contains peanuts, Midnight Snack contains milk and Everything Bagel contains sesame. Tell us what to avoid in the form and we'll build the flavor mix around it.
What's the timeline?
